Paradise Point - San Diego, CA

The renovation of 462 rooms. With over 170,000 sq. ft of hard surface flooring. The guestrooms were completely renovated from base trim, to bathrooms. start of project in Sept. 2009 and completion in early march of 2010. beautiful surroundings as the hotel is built on an island and all the guestrooms are single level bungalow style rooms. High end FFE package from Saniharto out of Indonesia and an aggressive design by Dawsen design out of Seattle Washington this project came together perfectly. This project is managed by Destination hotels and with the newly remodeled rooms has proved to exceed the expectations for new business by the owners LaSalle hotel properties.
